Leo is one!

May 1st, on the Feast Day of St Joseph the Worker, Leo turned one.

Little cousins and friends came to celebrate.

Some tiny ones like little Charlie, Noah and Beth's son who was born in December a few weeks early. And some still hiding in the womb.

Wheels or no wheels lets go!

Watch out, who knows what Joseph is going to do with this hammer!

Sweet babies!

Happy Birthday Leo!

The Hat!

We are just an instrument in God's hands.

A few weeks ago I knitted a small Sweetheart Hat and matching booties for Elizabeth's baby, Sarah. I wanted to show Elizabeth my gratitude for so generously sharing her talents with us. From her fabulous lesson plans over at Serendipity, to the ponderings of her heart on her blog In The Heart of my Home, she has blessed countless mothers like me.

Transformed by the hands of God, this small gesture, this Hat became a greater gift than I could have envision. This little Hat brought more than warmth to a sweet little baby's head, it brought sunshine into a weary spirit.

Augustin and Kristie are expecting!

Since I do have a picture of Augustin and Kristie from the wedding reception last weekend, I am tickled to be able to announce that they are expecting a baby for late April. Oh, how we love babies!

Xavier and Kelly

Please join me in congratulatating Xavier and Kelly who are expecting a little one for November 28. We can't wait to kiss his or her sweet little head. Children are such a blessing.

This little one would be our first grandchild, but since Xavier is taking sweet Madalyn (Kelly's 3 years old little girl) under his wing that would make her our first grandchild.

In her honor I made this montage. To Maddy, a sweet little fairy princess.

Joyeux 40e Anniversaire Xavier !
